I have a few questions about the Utah General Deer permit alternate drawing process.
I have been fortunate enough to be an alternate in the drawing for a general deer permit here in Utah, I was unsuccessful in the regular state draw held earlier in the year therefore I gained a preference/bonus point.
Since I accepted the alternate permit does my original "point" remain???
My Brother was also unsuccessful in the regular state draw hopefully he can be quick enough to obtain one of the left over deer permits. If he buys a left over permit his preference/bonus point still remains right?
If he buys a left over permit can he still be considered a alternate for the original unit/permit he applied for in the regular state draw??
