Utah Electronic Calls for Bears and Lions?

I was reading through the Utah Proclamations and I could not find any language regarding electronic calling systems and whether they are legal or notfor Lions or Bears. I found they can not be used for Turkeys.

What about other states like Colorado and Wyoming?

Not sure about the electronic callers, but our neighbor, called in a nice chocolate bear 2 years ago here in Utah with a Wayne Carlton hand call. 1st set up, 1st series of calls. Dang near shot it in self defense! Said it worked great!
