I was sure I was going to draw. Dang it! Twice that's happened this year. I was so sure I was going to win that billion dollar lottery too, but nope. My "gut feelings" just aren't working right.

There are definitely some dam good tags to be had in utardia mr ass. It just seems like a lot of them go out. If I was there, I'd be applying for every one of them! But then I'd be on two sides of the same coin. Just like you. Can't demand less tags and less pressure and support the extra tags that go out... Its completely nonsensical.

No surprises and all UNSUCCESSFUL for me.

I do have a gun client that received the elk tag a few years ago as the second person inline. Somebody turned it back in. It was kinda late summer when he was notified, and he had to scramble to find a guide. DWR didn't give him any particulars on why the tag was turned in.

So guess we still have a shot if tags are turned in. lol

I called BS as well, and figured he was talking LE. He explained it well I enough I believed him. He questioned it as well, why on earth anybody would turn that tag back in.

It would definitely be interesting to know the back story on how bad someone screwed up in life to be forced to turn back a tag like that.
