Utah Tasered Citizen Wins

The Massey guy who was with his wife and was tasered on the highway settles with the State of Utah and gets $40,000.00. I was amazed by all those people who said the cop did nothing wrong. I guess over 2 million people viewed that video. I thought he over reacted and I was actually p.o'd when I saw it. The rambo cop must have overstepped his bounds. Good for Massey.

oh yeah - real great for him - he doesn't follow the commands of a trooper - gets tazed and then gets our tax dollars. I watched the video and was pissed at him. He needed to quit acting like an a**hole and just listen to the trooper. He started to walk away from the trooper - so - you just don't do that. In my opinion he should do have to pay a large fine to the state for being such a tard. You break the law - you should pay the price.
