Whitetail in Nevada?

I was looking at a study on whitetail expansion in southern Idaho and noticed some data points pretty close to the Nevada border. I've spent a fair amount of time on the border, especially in the Northeast corner, and have never seen a whitetail or even heard of anyone sighting one. I know that there have been some sightings and kills over in NW Utah which is also very close.

Anyone ever seen a whitetail in the state of Nevada?------SS

They seem to be pretty prolific and hearty animals, they are spreading further and further into Co these days, saw some way up the Colorado River basin. Bad thing is the will out compete Muleys it seems

I was told by a guy in Montello that he found a shed north of townm
