I was stabbed in the back by a so called friend,need someone to hold me back before I unleash a lifetime of anger on her and her husband .....better yet who wants to help me kick her and her husbands arse ???

OK ....So I have this friend who's hubby works an is friends with 45, I walk and exercise with her and talk about everything.....45 talks to her hubby about almost everything. Any who 45 and her hubby are up for same promotion ( 45 gets promotion friend does not ) even though 45 has been on 10 years longer than friend. They took I upon themselves to spread rumors and share secrets that weren't meant to be shared, because they are mad it went to him . ....45 was the far better choice....I'm normally very forgiving but they crossed that line with this one .....I should have my uncle kick them out of his house they rent, but I won't drop to their level....I'll just drop them a level ;) phew I feel so much better !!!....sorry for rambling IM FIRED UP!!!
 
Definitely tacky....... I got caught up in a similar situation years ago which lead to my "You have no friends at work" policy. I have friendly acquaintances but always keep several degrees of separation in place........ Crappy way to have to live but you never know what is going to happen down the road and people at work can get very political......... Terry
 
Amen on the politics .....when a promotion is involved it turns the best people into complete jerks .....I am a fairly nice and very easy going person, but this one took the cake for me...she just lost a fabulous friend over a job title.:)
 
Be the better person and Move on(easy to say hard to do).
Just post on your facebook page now and then, how much better your life is now that 45 moved up the ladder.
PLUS get more feisty in bed with 45 and claim it all because his new job title,( that was for 45) so now owe me Buddy.

What about this advice? Keep your friends close and your enimies closer!
