I have always struggled trying to find a way to cook wild turkey legs and thighs so that I could stand to eat em. I usually get 8 birds a year by hunting Nebraska, Kansas and Colorado. Well the last year or so I have been crock potting them with chicken broth with a little chicken bullion for around 8-9 hours at just below boiling. They are now my favorite part of a wild turkey.
