winchester 12 gauge AA load help

Im just getting into reloading for the 12 gauge and would like to know if anyone has the component list of the winchester AA trap loads.

Im looking for a 1 and 1/8th oz shot with 3 dram powder load.and possibly a 1oz 2 and 3/4 dram load all 8 shot

My reloading will be primarily for dove and some quail.or if anyone has a great load similar to those above that patterns really nice and your willing to share i would be thankfull.Dan

When I shot trap competitively, I was shooting a fair amount (20 boxes per week). I wanted a load that was economic, light recoiling, and smoked birds. I went with Solo 1000 It's a good, clean, single based propellant and gives low pressures with soft recoil. I could get it in a 25 pound container which dropped the price per load a lot. I bought wads by the case and primers by the sleave of 5000. I was able to keep the price per shot low.

My 16 yard singles load was:
STS or AA hull
Remington STS 209 primer
Claybuster 3118-12A wad
1 1/8 oz #8 hard shot
17.5 gr Solo 1000 (1150 fps = 2 3/4 Dram Eq)

My Doubles load was:
STS or AA Hull
Remington STS 209 primer
Claybuster 1100-12 wad
1 oz #8 hard shot
17.0 gr Solo 1000 (1150 fps Light Target Load)

My handicap load:
STS or AA hull
Remington STS 209 primer
Claybuster 3118-12A wad
1 1/8 oz #8 hard shot
19.3 gr Solo 1000 (1200 fps = 3 Dram Eq)

I used my 16 yard singles load for skeet, sporting clays, and when I upped the shot size to #7.5, for doves and quail.
