It seems to me that a wind resistant base layer would be counterproductive. You want that layer to wick and breath. Your outside layer should be your wind resistant layer.
your correct. I was thinking of something I could wear under my pants on an ATV but that would bt default not breath and then I would have a moisture issue. Thanks
