WY black bear ?

How does the spring black bear system work in WY? Over the counter, draw etc. I glanced on their website but didn't see anything about obtaining a license.

The only OTC permit a Non Res can get in Wyoming.

The hunt areas have female quotas, once met the season ends. You can hunt Spring and Fall though.

depends where you go. cant shoot a female that has cubs anywhere. if you hunt the bighorns you have to call in everyday to check to see how many bears have been shot and how many more are able to be shot.
