My guess is that he is right around 40". Between 40 and 45. I would say he is a shooter with a bow, not a rifle. Pretty bull though. Is that the daddy of the drop tine? I don't see the resebelence. I have a bow tag for Utah and if I saw this guy I would take him. Good luck.
I guess it depends on the unit in WY. All the units I am familiar with in WY would make that bull a shooter. Many of WY units have had a trend downward in quality over the last 10 years. That bull has great fronts, decent palms, good points and pushes around 40". I would shoot him if I draw my WY tag. His Euro mount would look great next to the 53"er I shot in Utah.
