WYO G&F Commission looking at new technologies......article in today's paper

I just can't wait for that first public meeting; vertical bows on one side of the room, horizontal on the other.

Call 911...

 Use of paid services to locate specific
animals to harvest ? not to include
traditional guide and outfitter services.

 Use of paid ?game sitters? who locate
specific animals and then stay with that
animal for more than 8-hours waiting
for the hunter to arrive.

That's just about what will probably happen and be needed when they start discussing eliminating them during the early archery seasons! IMHO they should have never been allowed in the first place, except in gun seasons.

Seems pretty reasonable to me. Good on WYOGA.

WYOGA outfitters didn't have anything to do with this Hossblur! I assume you just messed up and meant WY G&F Commission, as that's who's behind it.

That's funny. I've commented so much about WYOGA my "smart phone" auto replaced with that.

I better start proofreading!

LAST EDITED ON Jan-16-18 AT 08:28AM (MST)[p]Good that they are looking at it. I would definitely like to see youth 14 and under have the ability to use a crossbow. My daughter for example is a good shot with her bow, but being a tiny little thing this year, I am not sure we are going to get her muscles big enough to hunt with her bow. A 2 year buffer would be nice for youth.

It is also the reason she wants to hunt WY over our home state of CO.
