Well we're back from our elk hunt in WY, and what a hunt it was!
My partner and I connected on two bulls within 1/2 hour of each other out of the same herd!
I shot the bull I've dreamed about since I was a kid!
You might have remembered this winter I was looking for another hunter to jion us that had max points. Found a great fellow MM member and he also took a great 330 6x6 class bull!
None of our bulls went farther than 60 yards so that was great as well! Can't say enough good things about Darren and Professional Hunting Services, it was some amazing country to get to hunt thats for sure!
Took my bull with the new Ulmer Edge Mechanical, it blew through ribs on both sides, he was dead in seconds.
My buddys bull had the body of an Eland! My bull was older and
run down from the rut. His Ivorys looked like candy corn they
were so small!
I even got a little video of both our bulls that morning before we made our move on them!

I've always been a DIY hunter, but I'm sure glad we did this guided trip it was something we'll never forget! He only takes 4 bowhunters a year so the hunting and the mature bulls should always be great!
We hunted with Darren at Professional Hunting Services

Man do I wish I had another 6 points!
If you have allot of WY pref points and are looking for a hunt where you will see great bulls every day I can't recommend this hunt enough!
I posted a story with more photos if you care to read it here.
Granted our bulls aren't the giants that grace the pages of this site but we were extremely happy campers on the way home! Can't wait to get the taxidermy bill!!
