It's been a couple weeks ago, but I guess I need to post up my buddies Wyoming general tag bull.
Here's my friend Mike with his bull:
It was getting late so we didn't take as much time on pictures as we should have and didn't get any pictures of us together, but here's a picture of me with his bull.
He was very big bodied and lot's of fun to pack out, but that's what elk hunting is all about right?
We had a great time and I was very happy to be there with my friend Mike when he shot his biggest bull of his life. Going through it all again in my head, I'm really happy that I was slower on the trigger pull than him and he was able to end up with a really nice bull on the ground.
Had the whole family up there with me this year. This is my favorite camp picture from the trip. Doesn't get much better than cowboy hats and toy guns for two 4 and 5 year old boys!
