Zeiss repair?

Howdy,

I have a pair of Conquest 12x45's and have used them heavily. They have become dim and are fairly scratched from use. Does anyone have any experiences with warranty/repair work from Zeiss?

I scratched a pair of Victory 10x season before last and had the eyecup on one side where it wouldn't stay on(I've been told I'm kinda rough on things) and I had a great experience with Zeiss in repairing them. Good luck.
