The big fat Unsuccessful for me. Maybe next year?

I've pulled up results for 3 different people on my computer. The last one was just seconds ago. Bad part is all 3 that I checked on were unsuccessful. I'm not checking for anyone else or I'll jinks them too!!!

I got a G tag to go along with my Moose tag Area 26! Yea!
I had to call the G&F.
 
I didn't draw, oh I didn't put in this year. Best of luck to all you who drew, that can be some great hunting out there. Hope to see some goods pics come fall.
 
The draw line number is 307 777 4655...It's been busy for a while...Oh, I just got through!! Now it rings to a busy signal??? Who set up this damn system????

I'm getting really pissed...
 
I'm a loser. Today brings my 2005 draw results to a dismal zero in 18 applications. Best of luck to all that drew!
 
WY's always been known to be at the cutting edge on hi-tech systems, by the way.
 
I got mine! Had to call the license draw # 307-777-4655, couldn't get through on the web site. Good luck to everyone else.
 
I'm not sure what is worse - watching my computer time out, or getting the friggin busy signal in my ear...What's even worse, is that I've gotten through on the phone, listened to the automated response and then being passed through to a busy signal...It just happened again...#@$*(&#@$&%)

I just called the main office and the web site is down....and they only have 5 people answering the draw line....I guess that is one way to keep the costs down....as I was speaking to the operator I could hear them talking in the background....now why
the operators answering the main line could not tell me my draw results is beyond me....
 
Maybe Wyoming G&F could buy a new system with all that new money they will be generating next year.... remember they are raising the price of NR preference points to $75 for moose and sheep. It should at least be enough to get another person to answer the phones for a day.

The site seems to be working better as of 10:30 mountain time...just got results for myself and 2 others after trying all morning with no success - just got all 3 of our back in the last 5 minutes. So maybe the volume is down now or they have it working finally.

Two of us drew Region D. Can't wait for archery season!
 
WTF?! Been trying both the internet and the phone for over two hours now.....and haven't got through. Got the answering message on the phone once, got sent to busy signal. Entered my name on their webpage.......keeps getting stuck. Man this is fun!

Incredible. I've been trying to get into their site for the last 4 hours and no dice. I keep getting errors or it freezes up somewhere along the way.

I've called a hundred times too. I have busy signals ringing in my ear.

I finally got thru on the phone line, only to have the girl have to look it up in the book. And to top it off she was snooty when she told me unsucessful. I am a big fat ofer this year.
 
Wyoming was my last chance this year....and I struck out. Good luck to all that got tags this year.
 
EVERYTHING WORKED FINE! JUST TOOK 7 MINUTES OF SETTING, THEN IT POPPED UP! I GOT SKUNKED! I CAN'T WAIT FOR A POINT SYSTEM FOR NON RES DEER,ELK,ANTELOPE!

Have been trying all morning and NOTHING will come up on the website. I put in my info and the page just freezes after that and won't post the results, but the top of the page loads with the game and fish logo(that just adds to my frustration!!!) I think the site is down now(1:00pm mtn) because the game and fish page is now coming up as unavailable. Really ticking me off.

Been trying for the last hour and a half and it does the same thing- looks like its gonna let me through and then freezes. The phone number is always busy as well. Its driving me nuts! Any way- has the area around Leo/Alcova been getting any rain the last month or so? I heard it was pretty wet in the Northeast.
 
Well that Golden Spoon that I have permanantly imbedded is still working good this year :

I've been trying all day to get through on both the phone and the web. You darn guys are clearly the fault of my not getting through! Congrats to those that drew. I too look forward to the day bonus pts assist in the nonresident deer applciations. For all the $ Wyoming has sat on during the draw application process, you'd think they could hire the competent help to keep up their computer system, and a few exta workers to man the phone lines. It's driving me nuts.
 
When I check my results this is what I get. What's this mean? I am assuming that UNS means unsuccessful.

How long did it take for you to get through and did you keep trying to refresh your page? I still can't get through.
 
Yes, just keep trying took quite a few attempts for me but it finally popped up.

Drew a region G deer tag and struck out on antelope. Can't wait.
 
Finally..............8 hours later......Come on Wyoming, floating our money for 5 months and then making us pound on our puters for 8 hours...Be nice!

Guess it will be general license for me again this year :(

Hey you had better try and remove the golden spoon before your hunts start I have heard Mt.dutton elk can smell a golden spoon a mile away. Sounds like you have a full plate this year good luck cant wait to see your results.

Got my tag for the area around Cheyenne and antelope as well. It's about time after being unsuccessful in UT, AZ, KS, IA and CO. Looks like mulies and pronghorn in WY and elk in NM this fall.

My boy is 18 and the best hunts I have had, bar none are the ones that he is pulling the trigger, he now has the fever and is always trying to one up the old man. Take as many pictures as you can. I think there should be more options for the under 18 out there. Have fun

After trying for 4 years my uncle and I just drew H for our first time.

I am soooooooooo excited I can't stand it! Scouting trips start in 30 days! There will be plenty of pictures to share from these trips and I hope they include some success pics.
