I received one of these the other day. At first I wondered how it would hold up to bigger sheds and how just two screws on each side could hold two 11 lbs sheds. Well, it works great and holds tight. This kit is pretty easy to use. You drill two holes in the antler and drive the screws through predrilled holes into the antlers. The skull is very realistic and easy to hang.

Here are some finished pictures. I think it turned out great!

Sweet! I've been wondering for a while how well that kit works, I may have to give it a try myself. Thanks for posting!

LAST EDITED ON Nov-09-11 AT 04:47PM (MST)[p]Here is a 330"ish bull I mounted on one. I think it turned out good and seems to hold up nicely. Thats a nice set of sheds you mounted too, looks good. The kit sells for $100 I think but it comes with a small and large pedicle so really you can mount 2 sets of sheds with it.

Mountain Mike lives about 30 miles north of here where I live. Someday, I will drop by his place to see if he makes the kits there or overseas.....he needs to come up with one for Antelope now.

Mountain Mike has his parts and kits molded and assembled in the building where I work in Bell Gardens California USA.

Looks good Brow. Good set of sheds - love the dark antlers!
