This way, when the fish cop catches you breaking the rules it is easier to roll up and shove it... nevermind.

I like it because it fits in the glovebox. My eyes are still good though, unlike you old farts around here. Maybe you can get someone at the senior center to read it to you on story day.

Bessy: Im lookin at the same guidebook you are, but it still says that each hunter can only draw one youth any bull permit during their youth. Doesn't differentiate between the new hunt and the old one.
