I have a quick question. I am wondering if my dad and I (both utah residents) put in for a Utah general season deer hunt as a group with two non-residents, will that hurt our draw odds because of the non residents? None in the group have any preference points. Does it improve the non-resident's draw odds to put in with a group of residents?
Similarly in Wyoming, if my dad and I (non residents of wyoming) put in as a group with wyoming residents will this hurt their chances of drawing?
