here is another nice buck I seen a couple years ago. I would take him on most units but a premium unit of 10+ years, I'd pass.

Let me guess, you drive a 1 ton with oak trees for smoke stacks, 12" lift kit and 40" tires to pull a single place lawn mower trailer?

I'm with you. The trigger is pulled in most any unit. The only exception is if I have scouted several fays prior and knew of better.

Looks dang good to me!! He's a big boy. Great photo BTW!

Just a guess, he is 28-30. His beams lay out nicely, very good looking "box" frame of a buck.

I can't imagine what it would take for me to pass a buck like that...

"Therefore, wo be unto him that is at ease in Zion!" 2 Ne. 28: 24

To me he would be a shooter just about anywhere unless I have seen larger deer in the area scouting before season started. But I have yet to ever draw a premium unit.

I'd say he's 27"-28". Won't score that well, but a good solid buck. In the general areas I hunt, he's a shooter for sure.
