so, from what ive seen this year the deer have held on to their antlers a little longer than they have in the past, so once they shed, how long does it usually take for the new antler growth to start? also what have you been seeing as far as the new growth goes? lets post up some pics guys. ill be going out tomorrow to do a little pre-pre-pre scouting and ill post what i find. thanks fellas

Last week I seen a dead buck in the road with about 3 inch nubs. I hate seeing wildlife dead in the road.

Driving through Nebraska on Saturday morning I saw a whitey that had atleast 10" of growth a and a crazy amount of mass.

Some are doing quit well.

I was out last weekend and saw everything from 1" nubs to bucks a little smaller than the one YELUM shows. Also saw some elk still packing antlers. Only two yearlings still had their horns, but the week before I saw 20 small bulls with their horns.

We're in good shape for moisture all over eastern Wyoming. Hoping for a good year for critters. With the really wet fall and decent winter, we should see more twin fawns than we have in some time.

Saw this deer today. 5/15/2014 I think it is a lot of grown for this early in the year. I am sure others have seem him too.
