LAST EDITED ON Jan-03-17 AT 09:29PM (MST)[p]My old camera needs to be replaced and the end of the day was close ( at least, that's the excuse I'm using ) so the quality of these images is lacking and there's nothing here that will take your breath away but things seemed to have slowed a little so I figured I put these up.

I'll wager his teeth are close to his gum lines. He's a old past over buck, I'd say. If he's got enough tooth power left to get another year of good feed, he might grow enough extra length on those cheaters to trip somebody's trigger. He has some fun looking mass but his forks will never be much. But......I'm mass over inches guy, so I like him too.

Wouldn't be much fun, if it didn't create a little adrenalin rush, would it Gator. I shake pretty quickly around deer, wish elk had the same effect on me, in as much as there seems to be so much interest in elk now days. I guess, like most things, my early "exposure" to deer, shaped my mind and interest.

I've been meaning to ask, how did your son's raccoon adventures turnout?

Have a great day Saturday A1. I went to the local merchants in Richfield yesterday, with birdman, and did a lot of "we buy one, you donate one" deals for you folks. I think the ole birdman has got over $5,000 worth of outdoors gear, to give away for prizes.

It's a great conservation effort, an amazing family outing for the men, women, boys and girls. And of course, so others will know, it's free to everyone, just go up, sign it in and have a good time.

Be safe up there this year. Ice is marginal or so I've been told.

We hit it the first year and had a great time. Last year we had to work so we just rode down later in the year. It is a great event thanks to all those that make it happen.
