anyone hearing the bulls in the wasatch?

I haven't been up scouting for elk in a few weeks. I was wondering if anyone has been up there this past week? Are the bulls starting to bugle?? should be starting anytime now

Went out on the 27th. Saw two bulls locking horns but did not hear any bugling. The cold spell this week might get them going.

I saw a ton of elk on Strawberry last weekend and they were very quiet. I was with in 20-40 yards of most of them and the cows were not really even talking as usual.

Went out this past weekend and saw a few elk in the heavy timber. Slipped in on a raghorn clling as I walked. He never said a word. Only got one bull to sound off after cow calling at him for a half hour from several hundred yards away. Headed back out friday for 14 days of chasing elk with a bow!
