I heard about a 377 bull that was taken off of range creek. Has anyone else heard about this? who the hunter is and any pics?

The bull is a 7 X 6. It gross scores right at 377. It was taken during the archery season at 18 yards and the hunter's name is Jeff Cisneros. The bull has 13 inches of mass at the base and 8 inches between the 4th and 5th points. The 7th point on right side is 11 1/2 inches long. The pics should be posted in the photo gallery soon.

Nice, thanks for the info. Are you friends with the hunter, or are you from the area where he took the bull. Can't wait to see the pics. Congrats to Jeff!

rumple,

He's got the same name as the guy that killed it.........hmmm.

Thanks

JB,

Your right same name because I am the hunter who took this bull. Someone email me and said they were asking about the bull here on the chat room. I thought I would give the info out and answer any questions anyone had about the bull or the area.

Rumple,

I have not spent any time in sheep canyon this year. We seen a few decent bucks in Dry Canyon and some in Cold Springs. I have spent all my life hunting the Range Creek area, and there are good bucks everywhere if your willing to go and find them. Hopefully the weather will help things out also. I will be in the area for deer also. Good luck and let me know if there is anything else you need for a succesful hunt.

How about some pictures. My brother and I both drew out there back in 1991 and had a great hunt. This was when you could still hunt in the Cottonwood Canyon area.

It is a real nice bull Jeff. I don't have my pictures of it developed yet. I'm the guy in the black Tacoma that was camped below you.

Thanks for the compliment. I seen some of your buddies this past weekend hunting muzzleloader deer. I don't think they were to successful. You know where our camp is and your always welcome. Hope you get back on those nice bucks and harvest one in the future. Good luck.
