World War Eleven
YOUNG PEOPLE CANNOT LEARN FROM HISTORY ANYMORE BECAUSE HISTORY IS NO LONGER TAUGHT AS A REQUIRED SUBJECT IN PUBLIC HIGH SCHOOLS.

Theodore " Dutch " J. Van Kirk was the Navigator on the ?Enola Gay" when it dropped the bomb at Hiroshima, Japan, and is the last surviving member of the crew.

Mr. Van Kirk was asked to speak at a grammar school.
The Teacher introduced him by saying the speaker was a veteran of World War Eleven (as in WWII).

Mr. Van Kirk (Theodore"Dutch"J Van Kirk) walked out of the school without saying a word.

I'm so old kids don't believe me that we could fill our tags every year when I was a teen. I shot a 6 point elk on my first elk hunt . I didn't have my Dad helping me either. I was 15 yo.

My first Deer hunt was near Blanding in 1987. I killed a 4-point opening day and my buddy killed a bigger one the next day, when he went back looking for his wallet and deer tag that he lost while getting my deer out.

My best score in Blanding, was getting married there in 2000. My wife and all her family are from there.

Hey I didn't say I felt like I was 25! I believe one of the few times Charlie Sheen had it right was when he said "yer only as old as the girls you feel,and lately I've been feelin early thirtys!"

When I hear some "credit recovery" company advertise "don't let the credit card companies trick you into believing that you have to pay your debt" on the radio I am reminded that I have become completely out-of-touch with a large part of society in only 56 years. Not that I am surprised that some a-hole would establish this as his business, but rather that any company or radio host in the world would let the advert run on their reputation.
