cow elk hunt

I am to old to hike the mountains anymore, got my butt kicked last year. Looking for a cow elk hunt, or possibly a bull. There are a ton of left over licenses in Colorado. LOOKING FOR A MEAT HUNT for "an old guy". My son will come along to help retrieve and will be a non-hunter.
