Vortex Crossfire II

I had one. It is what it is, a cheap scope. Both Weavers and Leupolds have much clearer views. I ended up trading it to my neighbor for a couple cords of wood.

Leupold is over 3 times the money in that magnification range. I own plenty of Leupolds but I'm seeing a lot more people putting on Vortex lately and they seem happy. I picked one up in the store tonight , for the money it looked to me like a decent choice , lifetime warranty also. My father never owned a high dollar rifle or scope in his life and he killed more accurately then I ever will. I'm gonna buy one. Tired of spending a fortune on everything !

that was some cheap wood.....

GOODWIN: Dems really do love Republicans -- when they're dead...

You will get a lot of Vortex haters, but who cares if something happens to it send it in to get fixed or replaced. There warranty is top notch. You will get the haters that say your going to need the warranty, but who cares the warranty is there. I have a few vortex scopes & bingos I have never had an issue with any of them. I would love to have swaros, but I just can't afford them so I bought what I could afford. I have been very happy with Vortex!

If you take care of your stuff like an adult, the Vortex C.F. II is a good scope.

Have several and never once have they failed. Clarity is good as well.

Take a look at athlon they seem to be good scopes from what I've studied
