Looking for the do it all spotting scope

Looking for scope that a lot of you might be using that is great for everything.
Long distance, something you can pack into back country with, weight and quality glass.

I have a decent scope but I know there’s gotta be something better out there.

I’ve looked at a ton of manufacturers descriptions but looking for input on what others have used.

Do it all scopes are going to be your 65mm class. If I could only have one, probably the Kowa 66a. Good thing I'm allowed by law to have 2! So I have the Kowa 88, and the Kowa 55.

Are you using that with the angled eye piece or as the straight version?

I prefer the straight, and then if I wanted to add another one, for big eyes it would be an option with an Adam’s adapter.

First thing you have to decide is the size and weight you want. For a great all around small spotter, I love my Maven CS1A 15-45x 65mm $800 currently. Had it for a few years and it's great glass for the money but totally different category than a 80-95mm body and 60x.
