670 Mule Deer

I am planning on spending my general deer tag efforts checking out unit 670. Just curious what everybody's thoughts are on this unit, when it comes to hunting pressure, access, deer numbers, and deer quality?

I am not going to be very picky, as I also have a ND mule deer archery tag. This year is more of a recon trip, as I would like to bring my 60 yr old dad out for a mule deer trip next year.

How far in advance do you have to sign up for block management access?

Also, when does the mule deer rut start cranking? What rough dates are the best to be out rifle mile deer hunting?
