I'm sure there's more than a few excellent marksmen here. I don't claim to be, hence my thread title.
Been shooting my 7mm a bit in prep for deer this fall. At 300yds, I'm basically shooting 5"-6" groups. Ive had a couple "fliers" outside of that, but pretty darn consistent. I decided to look it up, and it looks like I'm shooting 2 MOA. So, I feel pretty good about that. But I'm wondering, is 2 MOA considered poor shooting amongst most/some/any of you out there.? Is 2 MOA just "good enough for hunting"? If it is?
Also, my 12yr old daughter is shooting 1.5" groups with her 6.5CM... 3x9 scope, at 100yds. I'm so proud of her.! I think she'll kill a buck in the Book Cliffs with me mentoring her.
