well first off our cafe in Shoshoni has shut down so don't expect a meal here! Thermopolis has hot springs with pools, Riverton and lander both have casinos with decent places to eat. As far as private lands in and around where you will be chasing goats you should be ok. Mack

Yep thats the first time thats ever happened in the cliffs! Maybe if Utah hand out bear permits like they do for elk and deer they could get a handle on it!

I grew up in Utah when the 3 point rule was in affect in the cliffs, what a horrible failure that was and was dead set againest it.
