I passed about 30 of them on the way to work today.Over half of them were a good 2 ft on left side of the white line.

If that's the way it is then I would set up your bait grab your big gun and go sit on ridge in the morning and evenings till the bears start hitting your bait.ya never know you might get lucky.

I'm not sure but I would check the proclamation I think you have a week or two to set up your bait before the hunt starts.Or call a field office and talk to someone that could tell you for sure.
