My 17 year is son also had the early rifle tag this year. It was a great time and we saw over 25 bulls on day one. A few (2 or 3) in the 330 range. My son shot a mature bull on day 2. The bulls were bugling all day and the rut seemed to be in full swing. Overall, it was an excellent experience.
