The number that matters is the bottom one that says group bonus point average. It should have all points reflected. Individual bonus points only shows species points for some reason.

That later hunt should definitely help with the rut action. Only problem is the fact that the early muzzleloader hunt with 30 tags is the week before your hunt so a lot of bigger bulls will be killed or scared before you start. But you'll still have a lot of elk to chase. I would say...

"Technically" they can be hit anytime. There is no set day "per sey" they could hit them anytime from March 2nd to July 1st as their is no law or rule that says they must charge cards on a specific day. Jk that was my best outdoorwriter impersonation. Yes cards will be hit March 2nd.
