ok so i was wondering i have a nonresident deer tag for idaho. and in the regs it says you can you that also on a bear our cougar. so can you only do this during deer season because i really want to shoot a cat and need to know thanks.

I have moved here to bosie for school and was looking for some good places to hunt public land. I dont really know the area but love to hunt and want to get out in the woods and have a chance at killing a buck. if any sugestions let me know thanks.
