Zekers, 201 has some private but as a percentage I don't think nearly as much as most units. Most private is clearly marked but as usual there is confusion at times and mistakes made. Not many though as there are never very many hunters in the unit and most have really done their home work...

Are you planning to hunt DIY or an Outfitted hunt? That could make a difference in the units

Bates7, Yes sir, I belong to a Jack Russel and i'm proud of it! I don't know how they pack that much personality and attitude into 8 lbs. I don't really know how useful they are either but as all around companions, they are tough to beat.

BeanMan, Those little white dogs rule don't they! I've had several hunting dogs and none of them came close to having the heart that these little dogs do.

Consider #002 & #201. The units are combined, there is good potential for trophy quality and more public land than you could ever hope to cover. After the opening weekend, you can go all day without seeing other hunters. (the reason being it takes a ton of points and the quota's not too generous)
