My Family drew 16C 1rst Archery hunt, any tips or pointers would be appreciated, as we have never hunted that unit. How's the rainfall been down there lately?

Hunted there last sept and saw several good bucks 22-26 wide, northwest courner

I was planning on going to 16A this weekend, does anybody know if there are fires in 16A,if so how bad??? Thanks

Horses are pretty nice to use in this area, if not most likely use a game cart in the valley to pack your elk out, although you Don't have to have horses to get in there and kill a elk.

Ya hunted it last Oct2015, one of the few to be successful, very hard hunt, but very fun, will be back. Make sure you can shoot far and accurate with the old stick and arrow
