I should have did mine sooner. I was limping so bad and slowing down after our elk hunt 3 years ago that when We got home my brother called and set up an appointment with the doctor to get my knee checked out. They were both bone on bone. Dr said pick either one when you are ready.

I have both my knees replaced in the last 3 years And went Elk hunting in late oct. First one was in mid April and was able to do a short 3 mile backpack deer hunt in mid sept. Second one was in January and I was able to shoe my horse 3 months later. You can do it keep up on pt it will hurt but...

Yes I remember you. We did not see the 8x8 but killed my bull not far from where we met on MP Mountain .

My lucky brother drew the only NR early ALW. The bad news he broke his pelvis but he insists he will be ready for the hunt. I will be headed Dow for 5 days of scouting the end of August. You guys with the bow tag have a great time . Any information you could share would be greatly appreciated

I have hunted the same unit for the last 20 years. There was a time you could get a second tag after the residents draw was over. Last year the tags sold out in two days . This year they sold out in 2 hours. I know of 10 hunters that have got a tag the last 20 years that did not get one this...

Buckhorn I have been hunting the west for close to 25 years . Nevada 5 times for deer unit 111 and 072. Also have hunted Oregon around Jorden Valley and Trout Creek plus Colorado successful on all hunts biggest was a 160 class buck. Have concentrated on Elk mostly have hunted Nevada unit...
