I've been hunting WY for 25 years as a NR. In that time I've seen tag demand go through the roof. Back in the day every unit that had a type 1 and 9 archery season had tons of leftover Res 9 tags that NR could get. According to you guys no resident in their right mind would apply for a type 9...
