Thanks for the info Bobby. I thought i had read somewhere about the roads being bad, i will bring the chains. I didnt realize it was a closed road unit. Makes me wonder if i should bring a cart? Bike? Thoughts anyone?

Please don't stone me but I am a NR and I have never set foot in unit 2. It was my 3rd choice and I am pumped to just get the opportunity to chase bulls this year in New Mexico. I am just wondering what to expect? Weather? Road conditions? Pressure? Quantity and or quality of animals...

If you can find unit wide 34 bull tags for $4k put me down for 2. They are going for much more. The landowner tag prices have spiralled out of control since SB196. Supply and demand. They aren't worth the money anymore

Thanks guys. I figured it was pretty tough and i dont expect a monster buck. Thats why it was my 3rd choice. Road hunters i didnt count on. Seems like each year that passes there is more and more of that and i see it everywhere not just in NM. Lots of people are lazy.
