My Banish 30 e-file went to the ATF 6/6/22 and was approved last week. I received the shipping notification over the weekend. You never now with the ATF. It's really out of SC's hands.

You can see the clip attached to my right shoulder strap in this picture without the gun attached. It's easy to snap and unsnap. This hunt was in grizzly country so it was nice having quick easy access to the gun.

Good point Swivelneck. I came close to having the same issue you had so I changed the upper strap for one that I felt was more secure. It has a clip in buckle instead.

Another vote for Gun Bearer. I've been using one since 2006. I bought it for a sheep hunt and now use it on every elk, deer and moose hunt that I go on.

Congrats LBH! Those experiences with your son are priceless. I know that I don't remember much about the size of the animals we took when hunting with my dad, but I still have those great memories to hold on to.

Good luck LBH. Can't wait to see that full curl ram! I don't know anyone that is more deserving than you.
