Here is my opinion. Taking shots past 600 yards is simply not ethical. You can buy the best gear on the planet and be the best most practiced trigger puller in the world but there is still one variable you will not have control over and that is the time of flight of the projectile in the air.

Try the hornady 250 grain SST sabot with a charge of blackhorn or two of the triple 7 magnum pellets (red box) in that optima.
