Kalkomey website issues

This morning I attempted to adjust one of my applications & it won’t allow me to do so. Just curious if anyone else has seen this? I’m wondering if I need to withdraw the application then apply again? Thanks!

I ended up withdrawing the application & it let me make the change that I wanted. It cost another $14, but oh well.

That’s probably why they’re pushing everyone to apply early so they can get that extra money when folks want to change their mind.
I usually do all of my homework and study the statistics and have my apps mostly ready but don’t actually apply until after the quota setting meeting incase I want to change something a little.

You can change your app without charge.

You can change your hunt choices on your application at any time before the deadline. You can convert a tag application to a bonus point at any time. You can even change an individual app to a party app and vice versa

The only thing you cannot do is convert a point only application to a tag application. This has been this way with Kalkomey since the beginning. I bet that is what OP was trying to do and if so the only way to do that is withdraw the point and re apply.

In the old system you could not edit just about anything on your app. Always had to withdraw and re apply.

As a connoisseur of state game websites, I do 9 states, I still like Nevada's system the best. Even with only one draw so far in 14 years, a Pronghorn tag, it is the easiest to apply and modify if needed. If you ever feel frustrated with it then go apply for MT and weed through that horrible system. First you have understand all the ridiculous regs. Oh you can get a deer elk combo and apply for limited but you will have 12 things in your cart and checkout 3 times before you are done applying for two limited tags.

Another fun one about MT most people don’t know about till it’s too late is that if you select to return your general tag for a refund if you don’t draw your ELK special permit, but end up drawing your DEER special permit you will have a permit but no deer tag so you can’t even hunt deer. Awesome system……
