Ok, if you have Sleep Apnea and your CPAP doesn't work well enough for any reason and you are tired here I am to share.
I qualified for an Inspire Device which is a Hypoglossal Nerve Stimulator. Surgery was a month ago. They activated the device yesterday. I set the sleep delay for 30 minutes as reccommended and had the best sleep I've had in 20 years or so. Energy and focus is great today and a headache I've had behind my eyes is gone and I have had that headache for at least 7 or 8 years. Looking forward to better times.

That's great to hear. I have been trying to learn more on the inspire myself.
I've had the apnea for a few years now but didn't figure that I could deal well with the cpap rig. Going thru the process now to prove it. I started trying cpap about 2 weeks ago but it ain't going good for me.
My ultimate goal is to end up with the Inspire.
Thanks for the encouragement.

The CPAP started out so -so but was still a big inconvenience and not very comfortable. I couldn't use the nose pillow and the facepiece I have used since 2017 not good. After I make a batbroom break I was unable to use the CPAP afterwards to return back to sleep. Over the years I have maybe averaged about 4 hours or so a nite which is not enough . I've had much tiredness and a slight eye headache every day.
Distilled water, dust filters, new mask every few months and taking the whole shebang for trips has been no Bueno.
Your B.MI. has to be less than 32, <30 episodes per hour and a sleep induced endoscopy has to prove qualification action for insurance but I met all of those. Good luck if you pursue the Inspire.
