Drew the muzzleloader tag for Unit 99. I’m headed out this next weekend to get familiar with the are and do some scouting. Looking at some maps it looks like the majority of public land is on the east side of the unit. I was thinking of focusing my trip around that area. If anyone has hunted this unit and could give some insights, it’d be much appreciated.

I used to draw the Muzzy 2nd choice but not anymore!
Numbers are certainly down.
Coming out of Mountain View to Lonetree you would see 100's along that drive, now maybe a handful.
From Lonetree west to the Utah border till holds some decent Bucks

There was a nice buck hanging out at mile marker 112 on the road going to lone tree yesterday.
