Pronghorn cheeseburger casserole.

I made another Pronghorn meal for the Pronghorn hunt in Colorado next week. It’s called cheeseburger tater tot casserole. But I used O’Brien hashbrowns instead of tater tot‘s turned out awesome. Going to put it in seal a meal freezer bags and have it around the campfire next week.

Pronghorn burger, O’Brien hashbrowns, bacon, diced ham, Campbell’s fiesta nacho cheese soup, Grated Colby cheese and sour cream.

Looks great. I always have to err on the side of caution, and make extra soupy. I hate it when it soaks up all the juice and gets dry!!
