How realistic is it to plan on holding out for 80+ inches this year? DIY only and I'll put in plenty of scouting time for my friend, the tag holder.

Archery or rifle? I have seen some huge antelope in 10.

Rifle. Just curious on thoughts of recent quality. I know 10 had a reputation for giant goats but I understand it's gone downhill since the demise of the Antelope Eaters contest.

Get there early, you might be able to find one over 80. It has not been good since 2016. I was lucky and hunted it that year it was amazing. To many coyotes. There is one there Iam sure, It may take you some time to find one however.

Kid had the archery tag in 2021. We hunted a goat that went 84 (we couldnt close the deal and it was shot opening day rifle) and it was the second largest taken.



I spent literally 100s of hours scouting as its less than an hour from my house. That was the biggest buck that I saw by far.



Hunted it on the rifle hunt last year and not sure that I saw a buck that was upper 70s. Looked at probably 40 - 50 all in.



Is it possible? Yes, likely.....
