NR Combo Draw results

Seems from my phone call to them Montana FWP had some kind of an issue and took down the MyFWP site. Reply was they hope to have it up this week.

That's what they said also when I called them at 3pm. Then at 330 it was working.

My myfwp opened right up. Drew a deer general tag (withheld from a combo). No special draw for me though.

no luck on the general combo with zero points for me. Now i wait for lope results...

No luck for general deer with zero pp and so that means no luck for limited entry deer.

Used to be so much more exciting when I had to draw a NR combo, now I just buy them OTC for half price.

Why not buy a PP while you apply? It goes in into the current draw and if you don't draw then next year do the same but would go into the draw with 2 points with a higher chance of drawing

You actually have a better chance to draw with 0 than you do with 1 pp, or at least you have in recent years.

I guess I felt like the odds for the draw with 1 point was comparable or lesser than with zero points and I would save the money and hopefully still draw. Didn’t work though.

I’ve drawn a big game combo without a point for atleast a decade running. I just turn back the elk tag if I get turned down for elk permit.
