You don't need a guide in that unit. The problem is going to be judging antelope reasonably.

You can try but it's just not realistic with the heat rays unless you are pretty close. A lot of these deer bed in thick areas you cant glass into. It's doable but can be brutal mid day. Early-Mid November would be better for that.
