Anyone had luck on this hunt in the past. Im hearing that the migration usually kicks in along with a little rut at the end of the hunt. I drew and am way excited to say the least. Sounds like I will be needing to cover some ground.

That made me laugh. Sage has made a very important statement. Look for mass and prongs not height. I have made the mistake of getting caught up on the height and shooting 15" to 16" goats that only score decent rather than very good.

You should be able to shoot at least a ten inch goat in this unit.

Topgun Funny you mention that. If I wasnt the one that pushed fish into putting in for this unit with me I would also consider my comment harsh. Its funny that now we drew the tag he doesnt trust me on my knowledge pertaining to the unit. Fish - its too late to pull out of the draw now buddy!

Good luck. You will really need it for this unit. I can tell by your post that you are not familiar with this unit at all. Do you always put in for units that you dont know anything about?
